Helps the client to face their current reality and gain clarity as to their desired future and then create a plan and strategic focus and vision to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be
Session Two
Develop a mindset and strategic business concept for your business and introduces clients to strategic selling
Session Three
Introduces Strategic Marketing. Not the theory of marketing, but how does a small business market their product or service.
Session Four Topics
Focuses on leadership and how to be a more effective leader.
Session Five
Focuses on people management and how to get more form those with home we manage and direct.
Session Six
Introduces Business Planning and how to implement a business plan.
Session Seven
Facilitates the development of an operations manual so the business owner can learn to work on their business rather then always in the business.
Session Eight Topic
A capstone session with a review of the previous seven sessions addressing specific areas of concern as well as a problem solving discussion.
